Adults…

The relaxing of dress codes and formality in today’s business environment gives the false impression that protocol and etiquette are not as important as in the past. Don’t be deceived. The “fast food” generation is held to the same high standards of decorum by corporate America as their predecessors – perhaps even more so. Companies actively seek and recruit people that are not only business savvy but also represent the company well, both professionally and socially.

Business etiquette is more than using the right fork with the correct knife. Personal appearance, body language and business etiquette define your image. The School of Protocol’s certified trainer leads you through a full day of carefully crafted exercises giving ensuring you always make your best impression and outclass your competition.

A. Always accept it graciously by saying "thank you"  and do not diminish the value of the compliment by arguing or disputing what has been said.
